Anything more than a 2" leveling kit up front and you can plan on replacing your ball joints within a year or 2. You may as well replace them with good ones when you install the lveling kit and save yourself the trouble and some added expense later.

I've had my leveling kit in for almost 2 years 0 problems everything is still tight with 34000 miles on it. My friends truck is a 08 and he's had his in since spring of 09 with no problems so I'm not too worried.

I already know this. It's been discussed multiple times in multiple topics.

Man! Every time I see one of these cars or trucks all blacked out with black wheels and no chrome....I realize how old I'm getting.

I liked it better stock...which probably means it looks great for you young guys!

But I did like the grill, blacked out bumpers and rear....just needs chrome wheels!

Sorry, but I think it looked better stock. But that is just my opinion, which means nothing since it's not my truck.

Thanks everyone, the mods I have done are 2.5'' leveling kit with 3'' blocks in the rear which added about 1.5'' of lift to the rear. 20'' XD hoss rims with 295/55/20 nitto trail grapplers, dyno-max stainless cat back, K&n intake, color matched rear bumper tail gate handle and bezel, 35% tints, 8k HIDs from ddm tuning.

Is this your kit?

Was there any cutting that had to be done???

no cutting at all.

Also what was your backspacing and offset??? Thanks a lot

I think the back space is 5.5'' and the offset is +12 I'm not 100% sure.
