I should have listed the part numbers:

 

Front: HB323F.724

Rear: HB496F.640

 

According to the Hawk sight, the front brake set will fit on the rear

After doing further research I concluded that these sets of brakes are for 1/2 ton vehicles:

 

Front: HB323F.724

Rear: HB496F.640

its confusing, but i dont see that rear part# for any silverado. it looks like it might fit the escalade, but most 1500 silverados are hb324"x".673. front will fit on the rear on some 2500s and 3500s.
