max trailering package rims

when are they going to change the rims they offer with the max trailering package. I really want to get that package on my next truck but i hate those rims, i would be more than happy if they had the 18" rims that come with the z71 package. Come on GM help us out i dont want to pay for a new truck and then have to turn around right away and spend a couple grand for new wheels and tires

You could go the route my truck was ordered (not by me). 2011 Chevy CCSB 1500 with the 6.2 engine, 14 bolt rear and 20 inch chrome wheels. Personally I wish it was just an NHT with 17's but these wheels are growing on me.

I got the NHT package and just swapped the wheels Wasn't a big deal to me.

bigger wheels=lower towing capacity hence the 17s on the actual "max tailering pack"

I like the 18's too, even the 20's that look similer. I wouldn't mind it if they just made that design in the 17's so the capacity would stay the same.

I have the non NHT, and swapped for a set of the GMC 17's. I just think that they look better, and "different." Did I gain tow capacity?
