Super Chevy 02 5.3 dyno

Super Chevy has an ECU upgrade article for the new 02, its a JET, and I don't like JET becuase of their heavily lacking Customer Service, but I noticed something. I've seen similar number before, but 206 HP(27% loss) Rear Wheels? is there anything someon can do to cut back on the drivetrain-sponge effect, cause I know my 350 TBI is not good either(most all are at a 26% loss).

 

Wierd idea:

I think, if I ever have enough money, I'll dyno, change all fluids over to Red Line, and Dyno again, do you think I could gain 10HP RW?
