I have a 12 Ga and so do both my brothers. I also have a 1911 so I need .45 Auto. I don't mind reloads because this is for range use.

I buy 12 topgun 7.5 target loads buy the case and my 2 local shops for 5.10-5.25 a box, buying a case (10 boxes) they normally cut you a deal. I buy 2 cases a month when the weathers nice. As for handgun ammo i go to my local walmart, seems to be the best prices around here

For .45 ACP, try "luckygunner.com" OR "bulkammo.com"..........Don't know how much yo uare looking for but I recently ordered 500rds of Remington UMC 230gr.range ammo for &189.00....Not a bad price for decent range ammo.

I just got 880 rounds of 7.62x54r from them and have bought 1500 rounds of .223 from them in the past and have been pleased. Shipping for the 2 orders were $25 or less and from the time I ordered them till they got here was less then a week both times. They are family owned so they have little overhead which helps keep prices down. They have military surplus and new manufactured ammo so you should be able to find what you're looking for from them.

My wife's uncle likes to use Cheaper Than Dirt.

Never ordered ammo from them personally.

I have ordered from MidwayUSA (5.56), Ammoman (5.56, 9mm, and .45), CheaperThanDirt (5.56), and Sportsmans Guide (9mm). They all have their goods and bads.

MidwayUSA, at the time, had the best prices on the 5.56 ammo I was looking for.

Ammoman, while they have "free shipping", their ammo seems to run higher than other places...like the shipping costs are added to the ammo. Still, you cna find some deals there.

CheaperThanDirt seems to have the highest prices on ammo, but every now and then you can find a deal.

Sportsmans Guide has some good sales some times...you just have to check the website to find the deals.

Natchez Shooters Supply has some really good prices, but they don't want to compete with dealers in Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia so I have never ordered from them.

A good site to see deals on ammo is http://www.gun-deals.com/ammo.php. You can enter what caliber you are looking for and your zip code and it will give you an up to date listing of ammo prices (with shipping costs, if any) and where the ammo is being sold.

Don't use cheaperthandirt.com. They were the first to jack prices insanely high after Obama won the election. Dirty business.
