Advent and Tuner question.

hey all, my uncle just purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado with the 5.3 in it. We were talking about mods and he that he'd really like to have the backup camera system installed in his truck since he pulls a gooseneck trailer quite a bit. He had talked to a local audio place and they wanted quite a bit to install a camera system and a aftermarket rearview mirror with the display in it. Therefore i recommend the Advent navigation system for his truck since I've heard such good things about it. So i was wondering if anyone could give me a good link to where i can purchase the head unit as well as all the necessary wiring for the truck.

my next quick question is he was also talking about how he wanted to take the restrictor off that kicks in at 99 or 100mph's on these trucks (not quite sure why he wants to but hey its not my truck) therefore he's looking for a tuner (preferably a cheaper one) that will allow him to do so. Ill be the one doing the installs of these on his truck since I'm quite good with these type of things so any help with the right product to go with and where to get it for a decent price would be greatly appreciated as well as quite helpful.

Tune wise. Blackbear if he gets near you. I just had mine done over the weekend and its night and day. I always enjoyed driving my truck, but as soon as I opened it up to merge on the highway after it was completed it was a brand new truck. It's one of the best things I could have done.

Could probably get a OEM tailgate and mirror and wire it that way, might be easier than taking it somewhere.
