this is just from my experience with all of my GMT800 but all have gone through tie rods around 100k and when the tie rods are worn out these trucks will pull a little or or have play in the steering wheel and when i got whatever tie rod was worn replaced, the pulling/play went away.

I see, So what should i say when i take it back to the shop?

Explain that it still pulls, and ask them to swap front tires, side to side to rule out tires causing it. You will also want to double check that the two tires are the same brand, model, size and load range, along with pressures. If the pull changes, cheapest way out is put them on the back for now.

If you the alignment tech you're dealing with is amenable, ask them to first align to the steering wheel centered.

Since there is no more steering wheel theft lock since the 90's, the steering wheel has to be strapped down.

Sometimes this is a good "starting over" point to get it aligned

Used to strap the steering wheel for setting toe on all vehicles, steering lock would not always hold wheel centered.
