I will own one!!! I told my gf I will get her one (but she still wants a #### sebring.  F That the new gtos are sweet (only thing i dont want to pay msrp for one either)

 

They had a yellow one actually driving during previews (VHS) before the movie triple XXX (they had a sweet older one in that movie)

Even w/ an auto it would still be a kick butt ride.

 

But, then again that's just a dream because let's face it, I don't have the money to get a 2nd car :fume:

thomas, how is the new goat in any way desecrating. imho, i'm stoked that pontiac is " building excitment" again, unlike chevy that is living off a reputation that they have all but abandoned.  i really hate to say that because i have been all chevy every since i was wheel bearing high to a bowtie. who knows, maybe this new car is a real come back of some truly great general motors performance cars .

i've heard guys piss and moan about how the new GTO is a disgrace to the name and it looks nothing like everyone remembers.  Well, to that I just say look at every car on the road.  All of these old small block v8 rwd cars that once were king of the road back in the 60's and 70's are nothing more than 4 or 6 cylinder fwd cars today.

 

Ask and ye shall receive, GTO in black:
