If I remember right, the g80 is speed (difference between wheels) activated and the Truetrac is torque activated? I think? A little bit different mechanism.

like i said before, a grand is more than i would pay for both diffs. Most shops only charge like 300-400 per differential.

 

And if you plan on wheeling your truck at all, i'd swap in a TruTrac

Are we talking a grand for parts and labor? If so, thats super super cheap.

IMO a selectable is the way to go for offroad though, at least in the rear. I've seen a lot with TT on front, and some with air lockers both ends.

Will the trutrac work with the AWD in the Denali? And 1000 is just labor cost
