Painting plastic under the hood

I would like to use some chrome spray paint on plastics under the hood would this work well and hold up will it fall apart?

I don't think that chrome paint will stick well to plastic, I know there is paint for vinyl and plastic that bonds well to it because it is flexible, not sure if there is chrome though.

Ok I heard the krypton fusion is pretty good stuff

I'd find SarahsGMC, she's gotten pretty handy painting things on her truck & turns out well.

The Krylon Fusion paint has worked great on any plastic I painted (or metal) but I don't know if they make "chrome". Any "chrome" paint I ever saw didn't come close to looking like chrome.

Hmmm maybe ill just look at other colors any ideas I was thinking about powder coating my valve covers chrome or red
