So I ordered a LeEco Pro 3 and biggest worry is how good the camera is. It has a Song IMX298 so it can't be crap. I finally found a side by side of low light with another flagship, from a chinese YouTube channel. What's funny is multiple US sites are already bad mouthing it's performance, but have shown no proof since they haven't had a review unit yet(most be seriously brainwashed or paid off, as a lot of previews from "reputable" sites are giving a few wrong specs on it) here is the shot. At first I assumed(like they did) the Apple MUST be the correct color, then I noticed how washed out the sign is.

And I just read that it not only comes with a clear case, but with a pre installed (tempered glass) screen protector. One guy who already had his delivered said he installed the Google Now Launcher and it's pretty close to a stock experience after disabling some of the LeTv features/apps.

So I'm using my new phone, get on a thread on another site and it's hilarious to watch some of the nitpicking. People pay $300 for a phone that is 85% of a $700 Google Pixel, and start complaining that the stuff that was known before they bought it. Camera is good but not great, and some of the skin is changed from a stock Android phone, and some google features aren't working well (yet)? Well DUH! If you wanted a perfect phone from startup spend the extra $400 and buy from the people that make the OS!

Such an entitled world we live in now.

What did you end up going with? Still can't find something that will pull me away from my Oppo Find 7a. Thought it might have been the Axon 7 but with no custom roms/stagnant dev community I've had to keep looking.

LeEco pro 3. installed google now launcher and the LeEco crap is out of the way and all that is left is a few apps in the launcher. the pull down menu is only notifications still, and the quick setting are brought up by touching the square button. I'd say the Camera quality is pretty good. Don't expect a miracle, the software needs some work, but pictures are generally clear and vibrant, low light needs some work, but isn't bad.

Looks like the LeEco over saturates the colors

Yes, on auto. There are color and iso options, I've played around and you can get them pretty accurate. But that's just out of the box on auto. It's in the top two or three phones world wide in benchmarks(snapdragon 821 at full speed and adreno 530), and it's $300 on sale, has the newest WiFi and LTE abilities, built in DAC, stereo speakers, and includes CDLA headphones, screen protector, and clear TPU case. For $300. A little worse camera and 1080p screen (it looks super smooth, my wife thinks it's a better look than the Quantum LED on her LG) worth $400-500 savings? I think it is! 2K screens are pretty worthless on phones, due to what the human eye can perceive. And it's fully ATT and TMo compatible.

Only issue for me is Android Auto hasn't been updated for this phone yet.

Human eye can see the difference, I just don't care, nor want a 2k/4k screen. I'm curious to see what the mate 9 is going to cost when it comes out here. Has good specs and as long as I can get CM or some AOSP rom for it I'll be happy. 4000 mah battery should last a decent amount of time between charges too.

The issue I've seen with Huawei and Xiaomi is their phones are pretty limited in use for the USA. Xiaomi touts the Mi5 on their USA but doesn't even sell it here officially because it only offers a few bands.

As of now I have had 4:45 min of SOT, with brightness 60-70%, and battery is at 42%. That includes a full AnTuTu run and me testing out 4G LTE speeds, downloading and running multiple speed and LTE tests.

I only need AT&T, don't care about the other stuff. I'm selfish :-D. Quick search shows at least 3 AT&T LTE bands, so if the info is correct then it's good to go for me. A lot of people seem to love their Nexus 6P so Huawei can build a US phone. Bigger screen should be nice as well, I rarely make calls so having an even bigger phone against my ugly mug won't bother me either.

So I get home with my RX and 29 pills are missing out of 60. Walmart pharmacy either has a junky pharmacy associate or they are really bad at counting.
