On a different note, I can't believe the reaction to the NES Classic. Ridiculous. I got two,(one for my brother, but he's acting like he will refuse it because they are selling so high, don't get that), and I am debating to keep the one I got. Fool is easy to part with his money, and seems to be no shortage of them.

And don't another note I think I'm going to have to give up my fevers and start paying the pig for their own DVRs. The tuning adaptors are fragile pieces of crap that just don't last, and it's a several hour hassle to get the system working with the TiVo again when a cable co part fails. What really stinks as I just put a three terabyte hard drive in it.

Xbox One was supposed to have an update about 6 months after release to record live TV. Common seems to be that the cable providers lobbied against and Microsoft scrapped it. Officially they said Xbox users have other items they'd prefer but there hasn't been an update since. It would have been a great feature because you're right those adapters and what not are junk.

Well, I know it's Cox for sure. My problem room doesn't have the original symptom, but the other room does now. Exact same problem.

I did. Can't use it. My ISP uses dynamic IPs, and they change every few weeks. So, the 2nd change, Sony shuts down your account. I was lucky enough to get a refund, many people aren't. They have been hounded to change their policies but refuse, some think it might be baked into their contract. They require a static IP, and only allow one IP change per account. A power outage triggered the one that closed mine. Great part is now I pay the same price and get 10x the channels since I use my own hardware. As long as cox keeps their hardware working right, anyway.

Anyone ever have a statistics class in college? I have one in my second year, and I'm kind of worried about how i'll do because I'm pretty bad at Algebra.

Statistics is not really algebra. It is shitty and I took it about 2 months ago. But there are charts to help and a basic iPhone calculator can do the math

Haha! I hope so. I may try and test out of it. They let you use a calculator to test out, but won't let you use one if you take the class.
