Looks like that would be in a semi..if we're talking heavy duty diesel, 300k is a joke! Those things go 1,000,000 miles without needing major overhaul.

213K miles on mine...original tran/motor/rear end...One tough truck. It has been run through a fence and ditch going 40+ mph, been slammed into reverse while going 15mph, ran into a cement wall, bogged down in mud, done burnouts and neutral reev's and it still keeps on going

My 1990 Toyota X-cab 4x4. Maybe not the highest, but that's still 14 times around the planet. Not bad. Engine all original except a few gaskets, seals, and about a zillion timing belts. STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL REAR BRAKES.

I need to grab a pic of my little brother's 92 4runner. Its over 300k. On its 2nd engine and burns through that 15w40 oil. But its solid and runs smooth

I've always used Castrol straight 30wt, every 3000 miles. It burns about 1 qt per thousand, which is not bad at all. For the cost of all the oil and filters, I probably could have never changed it, let it wear out and stuffed in a long block. It's hard to kill and old Toyota. It's ten times the truck of that piece-o'-crap 2007 Taco I tried and rejected.

The older trucks and 4Runners are roaches. We go into nuclear Holocaust I doubt I can count on my truck. I know the 4Runner will survive though

So who's got the most mileage on their vehicle? I'll get us started...100k miles. Let's keep it honest, have a pic to show it...my avatar shows I'm at 100k miles.

I know I'm not going to be the leader, but let's have some fun anyway.

:withstupid: I will be turning 100000 on my 1999 Bonneville SSEi on my way into work tomorrow :D

Here is a picture from a 95 Bonneville SSE I use to own. That car made it to 234,600 when the tranny failed. Miss that car everyday :tear:

That's a really cool pic. So why did you get rid of it, couldn't drop in a new trans?

My winter beater... '98 Grand Prix coupe. Stock motor and trans. Just now developing a coolant leak, 1 strut tower rusted through (repaired), and the other is real close. Been in the family since day 1.

Because a rebuild in my area was going to run 1800. I purchased my current 99 SSEi Bonnie for $3900 and it only had 66K original miles on it. I purchases it from the original-family owned. Just didn't make sense to put the money in it. These are the same car but the 95 did not have the supercharged engine, HD transmission, Bose stereo, 12 way power seats, adjustable suspension and performance shift selector buttons. Plus the sunroof does not leak on the newer one lol
