Thank God simon and tkat showed up! It was mighty lonely on mineralgreen island with all those white, red, silver and black trucks cruising around.

It's nice not to see another truck your same color around every corner.

That looks almost exactly like the one we had at our dealership here!

yea i'm not one to follow the herd either. once way back when, I actually came out of the store and got in this truck that was nearly identical to mine. same trim same paint same wheels, even had the same pin stripe. couldn't figure out why the ign. key wouldn't turn. dah

get a little charge out of the people that see the truck out of the sun. get the ho hum nice truck bla bla. then they get a look at the sparkle in the sun light. then it's wow really nice color I thought it was black.

besides being a nice looking ride it 's really comfortable to drive.

my other play toy.. 2k t/a r/a 6.0ltr, 447 rwhp 436 rwtq. just finshed the moser built ford 9in axle. nice and sleek.

trucks looking sharp big blue.. what vent shades did you go with? I looked at the seamless avs. but they were to tight against the glass. went with the lund elite vent shades instead. im going to add a clear bug guard and vents painted body color. finish master wanted $125 for a pint of ppg paint with additives for the plastic. wow! going to call around to find a dealer with a mix master (my dealer doesn't have that system). should cut that in half and no mess in my shop.

just had my2 week old truck in the shop for a tire vibration at highway speeds. take a good look at the wheel weights on your rims. looks like a monkey pounded them on with a sledge hammer. big dents in the rim just under the edge of the weights closest to the center hub. mite have to lift the weight off the rim abit to see it. new wheels are on order.

AVS In-Channel Dark. They installed easily and fit really good. I can't tell any difference between them and the over-priced german ones I had on the blue truck. And the AVS were half the cost. Buy American and save some bucks!

GreenTruck rides smoove on the hiway and I'll check those weights that Pedro put on!

another shot of the paint. really hard to capture the color of the sparkle. looks good from the camera still shot, but the photo host must have some processing. took out some of the color from the sparkle.

Don't park it close to a lake. Somebody will try to hang an outboard on it!

GMC Ranger model.

that's funny..... my friend had said the samething. a few years ago my dad bought a new boat. I had happen to come across a hitch cover that was a little outboard motor. I think it was a merc. I bought it for him as a gift. I'll ask him if he still has it being he never used it. be kinda cool to have.

Saw my first 2013 GMC Sierra in Hunter Green Metalic this weekend. WOW!!!

Needless to say, even the best pictures do not do this color justice......you must see this color in person to truly appreciate it.

We were parked side by side in Sonics and I had to get out to admire the truck. His truck had a dark gold pinstrip down the side, that really pulled the green out of the paint. He stated that this was one of two in the state of Alabama and that he had to pay an additional $3K for the option. IMO it was well worth it.

GM needs to consider this as a regular option. I'd drop that kind of money for a custom paint job that I would absolutely love seeing every time I got into the truck.
