Question on locating 99-07 Silverado seats & Electric to Manual co

I have a 2002 silverado WT, reg cab, and want to change out the graphite seats for the medium color gray. I'm having a tough time locating this color and any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. The local salvage yards are total jerks.....so no help there!

 

I've found junky med gray seats that I've thought of buying and switching out the seat belts to my current seats, and have my

current seats recovered in a color/style that would work with my interior. Is it a big deal to switch out seat belts?

 

Another question, is it possible to convert electric seats to manual (switching out the electric mechanism with my manual seats)?
