Upgrade to dual rear piston, and 05+ fronts?

Don't get a reman ps pump either. I went through 3 different ones a little over a year ago on my 05 ( both my trucks are hydroboost like what you want) because my stock one was leaking at the front seal. In the end I put a new seal on the original pump and am still running it. The reman pumps all had the whine equivalent to a centrifugal supercharger........ it was more than annoying. If you search it's pretty common.

Don't you have you pull it yards anywhere near you? Even the 03-07 GM's are old enough I can find them in ours, especially the 2500HD's that were ex work rigs which there are 10's of thousands of in this province. Everything you need right there.

Im on the ACDelco website to grab the correct part numbers, and it has three hoses

1) pump to hydroboost

2) hydroboost to gear

3) return hose from hydroboost to pump

So I think there is only one pressure hose coming off the 2500HD pump. Then there are two return hoses into the pump, one from hydroboost and one from the pump (which is actually coming from my P/S cooler)

What if its a ACDelco reman pump?

Admittedly I never tried it. But I have found complaints with there pumps being noisey as well. Seems like a hit or miss on the reman units. I personally would just get a used one.

Now that I think about it, I do have a 3 inch body lift. Can I even do this conversion, the hydroboost? I saw on one of the part numbers that it is made for HD trucks with the two inch body lift modification. Or would the normal lines be fine? Glad I thought about this before purchasing stuff

No idea, havent messed with my pump

Go to a Napa or CarQuest that makes them. I did full hydraulic lines for my cooler, Stainless braided Teflon -6 lines. It was about $400

Hopefully its closer to like a $100 because I already got almost 1000 in the brake conversion so far, and not looking at dropping another 700+ on converting to hydroboost

I will have more than that in calipers if I can get these brackets

I aint lookn at dropping much more money into this truck. Like I said before, I want a Dmax so I can twin turbo it, which would be awesome. Or an LS2 GTO with a blower...
