My keys and fob are all on a ring and I only have my fob ignition house my work locker key and my toolbox key on that ring I could never ever ever leave my keys in my truck

Wolfman that was a big fear of mine, but since I never pull the key out of the truck I did not think twice about it. And before someone goes postal on me I put the key in the door pocket and use the key fob to lock and or unlock it if I don't use the phone to do it. :jester:

Seems far too trusting of the electronics. Just wait for the day the battery flatlines. Plus if someone did somehow know you do that and they smashed a window to get in and take the truck, most insurance companies won't cover it if the key is in the vehicle.

But I only told a few close friends what I do????? :jester:

Butte County transit has a stop right in front of Wally World, so if I ever go there, I take the bus just so I can savor the complete experience. :jester:

Well this is what happened Friday afternoon, I spent more time walking to the store and back to my truck than I did inside. From door lock to unlock was less than 5 minutes!!!! :jester:

And this is what I came out to see????? WHY??? It was not very busy you could have parked on the other side of the island if you wanted to be safe.

That was a long shopping trip Jim. Did you get lost in there?

There are a few lots here in town that have spots shorter than my truck so its always the same- let the back hang into another spot or put the nose out into the traffic lane.

Meeting my son once a week for lunch at the mall, I usually get the first cripple spot if I'm early. The loading (striped) zone is plenty wide and I've had cars ignoring the lines and parking in that (no parking) zone... too close. I got where I park crooked just to keep the other no parking cripples out.

Honestly... I'de rather have a ass whoppin than a door ding!

Best parking spots locations,

1) Next to a landscaping island.

2) Raised elevation of parking lot.

3) In view of stores security camera.

4) Next to disabled parking, with wide space zone.

5) Next to compact parking, driver's side on the line.
