Door Lock Actuator w/3 wire harness

I have a 02 Tahoe LT 4x4, 5.3 flex fuel truck, I've searching for a couple of weeks now trying to find the proper part. After alot of research the from varies sites, they refer me the dorman part or even the ac delco part, however the picture locks like the one taken out of the door except for the additional wiring harness. and i can't get the additional piece separated from the original. Called the local dealer and the wanted $208 for one side and $250 for the other and could not tell me why the prices where different. Can someone guide me or point me in the right direction.
