Just traded my Razr Maxx for GS4

Go to the Play store and hit menu button on phone. Pick my apps and it should list all the apps you downloaded on previous phone. Just pick the ones you want and redownload them. I have had the GS4 for about 2 months and am very impressed. I especially like how you can disable all the bloatware installed by Verizon.

if you are having keyboard issues you should check out swiftkey x. I had it on my razr maxx and LOVED it.

I have had the GS4 for about 2 months and am very impressed. I especially like how you can disable all the bloatware installed by Verizon.

I think I have ot get used to it. The keyboard on my RAZR Maxx was fine.

Once I setup my account it downloaded my Google apps automagically.

 

I know this thing beats the he** out of my old Blackberry but I miss the looong battery life I got out of the blackberry and the 'real' keyboard. Other than that, going on one month using a GS4 as my work phone and it has been solid. Get a little over two days between charges. Have wifi and Bluetooth on. Set it to use wifi to download updates and whatnot when wifi is in range so CDMA data use has been kept low. I do notice longer battery life with wifi and BT off, not unexpected.

 

Now I just need an app to electrocute anyone who calls me when on vacation....lol

Look into the various Galaxy s4 talk forums for tricks and tips. The s4 can actually be made faster and more user friendly without actually rooting it.

I bit the bullet and ordered a Galaxy S4 for myself and an S3 for my wife as our two-year upgrades through Amazon Wireless. Should be here on Monday.

Hopefully this means better live posts and mobile coverage at events for the site. My droid 3 couldn't perform when I really needed it. I won't miss it.
