Bluetooth on 2014 truck.

I’m kinda new to the whole Bluetooth phone stuff. Ok.. so I have my phone paired. Let’s say a call

comes in … speakers ring. How do I answer the call on just my phone and not have it go through the truck hands free? Basically I have a call come in and I DON'T want the other people in the truck to hear the conversation.. I want to talk just on my phone as normal. How do I do this ?

I don't have a 2014, but on my iPhone you can select the audio source after answering and route the call to the handset.

Android Phone ??? If so ..on your phone you should see the call as if it wasn't even paired to your truck and on the bottom right it should say headset with the blue tooth symbol and it should be green ( green means its using your truck audio and mic) simply just click it and it will be normal on your phone as if you were out of truck.

 

as for iphone it should be similar but idk for sure : (

just answer the call on the radio screen and select handset when it pops up.

If you answer the call with your phone and not the steering wheel or the infotainment screen the voice should default to your phone.
