I was thinking about a 2 inch lift in front & 1.5 Inches in the back with add a leafs but I heard the ride is rough with add a leafs is that true ? Can someone send me a link to a nice 2 inch si suspension lift for a 99 silverado 4x4? Please & if I get 2 inch suspension lift with 285/75/16 or 33s will I need to change gear ratio cause I really don't want to

Add a leafs will actually help your ride if your springs have flattened out a bit. They will rejuvenate them. Other than that, it would almost be like putting a 2500HD packing in the rear, which doesn't ride too bad (I have them now on my truck). No need to regear, I had 33's with my level and I still had enough ass in the truck. Now, once you go to 35's that's a completely different story. Oh, a tune and a cold air intake might not hurt

Here is a pic of my 02 when I had a Rough Country level on it:

Your truck may ride a bit higher than this did because it had 280k when I put all that on, so everything was worn out from the tongue weight of the trailer (it towed a lot before). Even my torsion bars were worn out, they were actually twisted inward. So I replaced them with 2500HD bars. a little stiffer, but the front don't sag no more!

Do I do that full leveling kit at the bottom 199$ it says ? & add the shock boots & steering stabilizer, & could I use a 2 inch suspension with this?

Don't need a steering stabilizer for 33's. Mine never pulled with 33's. See how it drives and install if it pulls either way. I got shock covers but they are not necessary. Plus you need to either buy or rent a torsion bar unloading tool (if your truck is 4wd). If it ain't 4wd, that kit won't work with your truck then.

That second link is for an 07-13 truck which has the coil over shock front end. The first link has add a leafs which will give you a little bit more weight hauling capacity.you can either go add a leafs or new blocks depending on how much you wanna spend.

Level kits are basically all the same. They wear out the front end faster because the added stress on the t bars and everything is not at the proper angles. That's why an actual lift kit is better for your suspension than a level kit

Its all preference. Get what you want. The blocks are faster to install, but add a leafs increase capacity. Pros and cons for each

Yes it is suspension lift

All the level keys do is reposition the arm on the key a little further down so you can get more crank out of them. They add pressure to the front end the same as cranking stock keys. Only difference is that you get more crank out of level keys

You told me your truck had the level kit hen said the link was suspension which is your truck & which is the link

Yes it is suspension. The torsion bars and keys are part of the suspension . That's what keeps pressure on the lower a arms to keep the front from sagging
