Sorry man, but I have no idea on either question, They do not have the pricing info on the 6.2 Denali yet, but I wasn't going to wait any longer. I do have a ballpark idea, somewhere around $57K.

That torque rating is impressive! Too bad they went the way of Ford, and only offer it in high trim levels now. Glad I bought my 11 even if it has a significant less amount of torque.

That's not true about Ford, as of 2013 MY you can get the 6.2 in an XLT - although still pricey at about $4400 more than the 5.0.

had a 6.2 LTZ 4x4 crew with all star editon priced yesterday close to 50k. denali your probably ball parking depending on what you put on it, 52-55. Alot for a half ton if you ask me.
