Ios7 factory sierra bluetooth controls

Hello,

 

I'm unsure if I should download ios7 because I'm afraid it may change the way bluetooth works with my factory equipped 2010 sierras bluetooth. Currently I use siri for text messages and i make lots of phone calls through my truck (business). google maps works automatically through the trucks speakers when driving which is extremely useful when I need directions to new places . if any of this was compromised it wouldn't be very beneficial to me and I wouldn't upgrade.

 

Anyone have any experience with this?

I don't have any experience with it, but I did download and install OS 7 yesterday. So far, no observable change in the operation of Bluetooth or Siri. However, tell me more about how you get navigation over your truck speakers via Bluetooth. I'm intrigued.

Google maps does it automatically if your Bluetooth is connected. Not sure about Apple maps but its garbage anyways LOL

Simply download the google maps app. Start a route and it will work. It's an awesome feature to have.
