Ordered some routine maintenance stuff online from them, diesel fuel filter, a cabtop lamp, and some common bulbs. Nothing exotic.

 

The order is several days old, but there has been no correspondence other than a copy of the invoice by email. No indication if it has shipped, when it will ship, or expected delivery, and no response to my email.

They don't do any correspondence. The order will just show up one day.
