Rear Gearing and a Lift

No one makes them for the 14's yet. Check Here for more info. "http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/158167-gear-change-95-12-bolt/" There are 2 options to complete this. Convert it to a 2013 14 bolt rear or do some irreversible modifications. I went with the 2013 rear end. The things different than the 2013 is the pinion shaft Dia ( The 14 is a good bit larger ) and the Yolk / U-Joint. If you convert it to the 2013 you need a new carrier, set of gears for the 2013 9.5" 14 bolt, yolk, conversion U-Joint, different pinion bearings, pinion seal and a spacer for the diff cover. East Coast Gear can hook you up though and they have been very easy to deal with. If you run 35's 4.56 would be the minimum I would go. If you do "a lot" of towing I would not be scared of 4.88's
