I recently setup my website login for OnStar on my 2014 GMC Sierra SLT. Everything seems to be working fine as I see my oil life, tire pressure, etc. I then went and downloaded the RemoteLink app on my Motorola Droid X2. I was able to sign in on the app and view the same diagnostics that are on the website. Under the "Remote" page when running the app, I have 'Lock', 'Unlock', 'Horn & Lights', and 'Stop Horn & Lights'. There is no 'Remote Start' option even thought the vehicle comes with factory remote start that has been confirmed working with the key fob. Any ideas?

gone_fishing,

As previously suggested, try logging out of the app and back in. If that does not solve the issue for you, I would be happy to investigate it. Feel free to PM me your account number / VIN, and I will contact you directly to assist further. Thanks!

I have the same problem on my 2012 Chev Malibu LTZ.  When I first purchased the vehicle and used the free 3 months of Onstar it was an option.  I recently received an offer to try 3 free months again - and it does not show remote start as an option any longer, while I do believe it to be factory installed on my car.  Please help!
