Any 6.2 Max Tow being built?

My crew 6.2 SLT with max tow, sun roof, chrome wheels and rear slider can't seem to get off event code 1100 since ordered sold on Sept 21st. Kind of tired of waiting.

My LTZ 6.2, Max tow, with camper mirrors, led bed lights and the mandatory chrome 20" wheels was accepted on 11/6 still at 1100 as of 11/12. The build sheet shows no slider which does not bother me, my dealer missed the camper mirrors but supposedly fixed that on 11/13. Hoping I will see it this year but from the sounds of things maybe not. FYI I ordered on 10/22 before they supposedly nixed the rear slider but my order wasn't accepted until after they had decided to get rid of it.

Rear slider is the show stopper right now. Last I heard they were still waiting on non defective parts from the supplier.

Rear slider was removed from order two weeks ago.

I have a 6.2 max trailer 4x4 salesman emailed me this morning and said the 6.2 engine is in constraint my truck is at code 1100 but only ordered a week ago. Jeff orlando

Local dealer has several to choose from and more rolling in everyday. Had to tell them stop calling that I did not want one right now.

How about sharing the name of the dealer and location with several max tow with 6.2 to choose from with more rolling in?

I wonder if the engine constraint is because GM is pushing all of the built 6.2 motors over to the Vette assembly line due to great sales of the new C7. In some regards it is a slippery slope, build C7 vette that everyone wants or direct some of the engine assembly towards the trucks that everyone is waiting on,.

Denali 6.2s are rolling to dealers left and right at the moment. Maybe they're gonna catch up on those first, then all terrain/ max towing

Has anybody seen any max tow even with the 5.3? Previous poster can't supply the name or location of his spotting of several.

Yeah. High Country models are rolling out hard right now. I am sure you're right. If they know they're about to roll into holiday rebates, etc why not get the Denalis and High Countries out first and take less of a hit. Makes sense.
