I have a 1994 gmc k1500 with the 350 with 160,000ish miles I plan to replace the intake gasket this week i've been getting some coolent leaking into one of my cylanders. i've been told this will fix my problem, but i was wondering how hard it would be to replace my head gasket too and if it would be wize to do it now when i have it torn apart.

I'd start with the intake manifold gasket set first as this is typically the primary cause of coolant leaks. Replacing head gaskets is not a common occurance for these engines unless you've overheated the engine.
