Yes- it's the same grill, I hated the Z71 grill. Dealer swapped it out with this one and I drilled the holes for the LTZ emblem and put it in myself.

What did they charge you for the Crome grill? Which window visors are those? like the low profile and the in channel mount.

No charge on the grill, the visors are weather tech

NP, I hated the stock Z71 Grill, they changed it at no charge and gave me the old grill back. I put the z71 badge on myself.
