I thought the 14 Sierra looked too Fordish - Silverado looks better I think.

The silverado had to grow on me. Personally think the GMC needs a little chrome because the size of the grille. The silverado looks good color matched just like the z71 appearance package in 09-13 and the silverado ss in 03-07.

What kills me is how much smaller GM keeps makeing the exterior mirrors from each platform. GM800 where bigger then the GM900 which look to be bigger then the K2.

Looks like they make the truck bigger and the ride height lower

A lot of that is the front valance. Rip that POS off and the truck looks a lot higher.

I prefer the lower hood height of the '13. Really like the '14 headlights and definition in the bumper and valance.

I really dislike the fog lamps on the '14. Why is there a round lamp in a square bumper cutout? The higher hood height is also too much.

+1 on the round lights in a square cut out and the very high hood height.

 

And I also like the simplicity of the gmt900 front bumper, it doesn't have as many funky things going on. But overall the new K2's are awesome and I would love to buy a Silverado in a few years.
