Loose steering / wandering '04 Suburban

I had real good luck with Monroe Reflex's on my previous truck. The truck still rode great even after about 60k on those. The current truck I went with Monroe Spectrum Light Truck shocks for the front. Nothing fancy but considering the condition the shocks that were on it when I bought it, much improved. I will be going with these for the rear once pay day rolls around.

UPDATE:

Well it's been in for more work to solve the problem, I've had the upper ball joints, inner and outer tie rods replaced, I've replaced the steering idler, steering box, front hubs, front shocks, lower shock bushings, and upper shock bushings as well as the sway bar bushings and sway bar link bushings.  Still the same, wanders.

Rereading the thread I'll check the rear sway bar to see if something is loose back there.

And quick question, the replacement AC Delco shocks come with a top set of bushings that look to be half the diameter of the factory originals.  Is that what is supposed to be stock?
