anthony2558 Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 Anybody put wheel spacers on their truck. I just feel that my stock wheels with 275/70R18's are tucked to much inside the wheel wells. I was thinking of a 2" kit. Anyone have pics or suggestions on what would be my best options. Thanks. Sent from my Nexus 5

Ljrussell94 Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 2" and 1.75 will work. But 1.5" and below you will have to cut the nipples off the studs. I did it in my old truck and had no problems. I think you would be happy with 1.25" spacers if you have stock wheels and tires. I think only up to 1/2" you can throw on witjout havin to bolt it on
anthony2558 Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 Good info. Thanks. 1.25 to 1.50 is what I was thinking to. I'm just not a big fan of cutting the stock bolts. Sent from my Nexus 5
LTZ2014 Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 The 1.5" you only have the cut the nipple off the stud. You don't even cut any thread

anthony2558 Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 Found these on amazon. They are not hub centric. Thoughts on hub centric versus non hub centric. 4 Chevy Silverado 1500 Wheel Spacers Adapters 1.5 inch thick fits ALL Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Model Trucks by easywheel http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CA8VFQS/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_21sdtb1MD2D86 Sent from my Nexus 5
