No way in hell I would put that on my truck. 60 bucks for the brackets and 600 bucks for the light that's just crazy. I could see a rust problem and the holes wearing out from the pressure of the light bar in the wind over time plus it just doesn't look right.

Has to be one hell of a wind load for them to have that big of a bracket and 6 big bolt holes for the flat faced light bar.

I would seriously worry about corrosion over time. As it is water gets trapped between the rubber seal and the body of the truck. Just imagine that water sitting around those bolts, and then look at it 5 years down the road.

Bring back the roll bar in the bed of the truck and then mount that on top. Then you might have a winner! New version of the old school KC lights.

on the roof..no way.

1. leaking/rust issues

2. cause to much glare on the windshield.

3. looks stupid.

now on a roll bar, or brush bar mounting i would say..
