Order status stuck at event code 3400? anyone?

Ive been stuck at 3400 for week, anyone else run into this? I see most people go from 3400 to 3800 in 2 days

my TPW was 4/7 and I was at 3400 since last week

its a "tracking" term for people who ordered vehicles from the factory.

Updates usually happen on Tuesday (not sure when). I would check again tomorrow. My truck is at port (Baltimore, Maryland) from Mexico. Waiting for it to make it to South Jersey....

Got a Vin# today but still no event code update, Conference call with dealer and Gm dealer support and was told its in production today as we speak. Hope it wasnt a generic answer, he couldnt give me a vin, but customer service could. Odd that I can find out more info than the dealer support

I am way jealous! My truck was built the same week your was, also going to through Baltimore, but was told today that the truck is still in Mexico.

My truck was built on 3/24 and shipped that week. I been at event code 4200 for 3 weeks now. For a company like GM having so many legal/vehicle issues they sure aren't in a hurry to get vehicles to people who ordered them. SMH

Annoys me that there is no way to follow/track your vehicle. Its a new world, we should be able to have realtime updates without having to use chat, gm reps, etc.....

They say feel free to contact us anytime, BUT.... CHECK BACK NEXT WEEK.

I am way jealous! My truck was built the same week your was, also going to through Baltimore, but was told today that the truck is still in Mexico.

Don't feel too bad....you're not alone. My truck was born on or around 4/7 and is still in Mexico on a "QC Hold".

Talk about someone being anxious and ready to get his new truck.....see this guy! LOL

The challenge is I ordered on 2/28, 3/23 build week (very quick) and now still in Mexico - just checked a few minutes ago. People that order after me are now getting their GMC.... It is like Christmas evening as a kid, waiting for Christmas Day.

I was hoping to get by end April, I can only hope that May incentives are better than Aprils which will probally be the case. Theres a new anxiety after each step getting closer to the end. Once I know Im at 3800, I'll calm down for a few days. Then It will be has it shipped yet- has it shipped yet lmao. Unlike you guys I ordered a Double cab so its coming from Ft Wayne In.
