Audio 200/400w package??

I ordered my truck in March. Thought I picked every option available. The other day a friend of mine was looking to get a similar truck and asked me if I had the Audio upgrade. I said that from what I understood the denali package included a subwoofer (although I have never seen it, I just assumed it was hidden as I have read online) and that there was no other optional audio.
He sent me the "build and price" he did for a similar truck and sure enough there is certainly an option for upgraded audio.

"200 / 400 Watt Powered Subwoofer and Amp, Crew Cab. This Audio System-Subwoofer system"
I must have done the build and price online 10 times when spec'ing out my truck. I would never have missed this option.
Was this just recently added? The online site shows the truck still being a 2014 not a 2015.
Was I incorrect in thinking the denali had a sub?

Was this something I could have ordered in March?
I'm not super concerned about a great sound system. I do appreciate one that sounds good though and the one in my truck falls a little flat if I have a window or sunroof open. I would have probably opted for this if I had known about it.
Does anyone have this option? If so, when did you order your truck?
I assume there is no way to retro fit this but if there is please share how.
Just wondering cause I get annoyed at myself for missing something so obvious.

Maybe its not worth it but I would have liked to at least had the option to decide for myself.

I believe all the BOSE equipped trucks with the buckets seats have the sub/amp. But it's junk... add a single 10in sub and amp in the back.. and watch it come alive

this option showed up on the gmc site in late april and around the same time the headrest dvd option also showed up..just last week the borla catback exhaust option showed up for a 6.2..i saw this when building a sierra denali

^^^Way to expensive, in my area you can get something decent for that price if your willing to sacrifice the space.

It's cheaper than having your truck built with this gmc option installed.
