I went to back up today and received this error. Anyone have this issue and is there a reset or fix to it?

This can happen when the backup camera harness becomes disconnected or damaged. Inspect the cable that enters the the underside of the truck bed (center of tailgate) for damage and ensure it is firmly connected to the distribution box just above the spare tire. Hopefully its just a dirty/dusty connection and simply needs to be re-seated or possibly cleaned and sealed with dielectric grease :-)

Thanks jmay, the truck is not even 2 weeks old so hopefully disconnected..

Try cleaning the lens, you get this message when its dirty or covered with snow.

I think I found the issue, a blown back up light fuse. I did the LED back up lights and they worked for 7 days, I guess something changed and they are the cause of the blown fuse. Replaced the bulbs with the regular ones and the fuse didn't blow.

I had this happen to me too, I just powered down my truck and waited a couple of min and powered it back up and the message was gone. Anyway, back up light? Man idk if that message would appear just for a reverse light, Bc that message stays on the display when in drive.

Where is the fuse located?  Do you have a pic or diagram?  Same thing happened to me yesterday. :(

I’m having the same issue now. Can someone tell me which fuse it is? Can’t seem to find it

Reverse light fuse is in fuse block in engine compartment and should be #33
