i need help with my 06 silverado z71, for some reason lately when i turn i hear my tire squeal a lil and it sounds like my differential is clunking. when i let off the gas my truck stops immediatly. im worried my gears are shot or about to crap can anyone give me advice on what to do

Are you sure your not stuck in 4wd? That's what it sounds like to me.

I agree with 06SierraZ71, sounds like you are in 4X4 on a dry hard surface.
