I'm not sure what I'm celebrating, but it's time to celebrate with a good wine, my wife, and a good damn steak. Got a 3 pak at Costco today. USDA Prime NY Steaks. More when I cut em after the rest break.

Very nice. I'm counting on some good chow tomorrow as my neighbor and I will start replacing my back steps to meet the new stamped patio and a nice meal will be well earned.

Looks good. Nice grill marks and perfectly cooked (at least for me anyways). Had the same meal Friday night myself except for the meat wasn't as good as yours. That's what I get for letting the wife unit buy the steaks, LOL. At least I had a good bottle of wine to wash it down with. Becker Vineyards Texas Claret (Merlot, Cab, Malbec, etc. blend).
