Ranch hand grill guard on 1.5 bl

I own a 06 Chevy 1500, I recently put a 1.5 bl on my truck and instead of lifting the front bumper I put a hd bumper cap on. I'm wanting a ranch hand grill guard, do I need to get a 2500hd and redo the brackets or get one for a 1500 and cut it, space it and weld it up ?

One for a 1500 because of the frame.

I put a pushbar on 2000 chevy with 3 inch body lift. Ended up using the 3/4 ton mounts and a plasma cutter on the frame to make it look right. Looked great when done. Your probably going to have to do some custom cutting and welding to make work with lift.
