TBH, if someone stole my truck I wouldn't want it found. I don't want it back after that. I'd never feel right about it.

 

I'm not surprised tho. They probably use em for drug runs, smuggling ops, not to mention the number of them in the country alone make the parts VERY valuable.

 

Ever seen one in a junkyard? Me either.

 

My body shop man says that TOTALED trucks go for thousands of dollars and usually don't even ever make the yard. I've had yard guys tell me "I never get one in the yard, last one that came in a guy followed the flat bed in and bought it without even unloading."

usually with Insurance Totaled vehicles, they are auctioned off in Car Dealer Only Auctions,
