What sub to get?

2014 sierra denali crew cab. What is the best sub for under the rear seat. I was think a JL 12tw3 but it might stick out from under the seat a little. Would two 10tw3's work better? Any other sub recommendations?

Did you have any problem with the noise cancelling circuit?

I have two 10" NVXVCW subs. I must say I'm extremely impressed with them. They hit as hard and as low as my old 12" T1 Rockford Fosgates.

Not at all. I had all the Bose junk removed and installed Fosgate components installed front and rear, along w the sub. Crazy loud. Kept the tweets in the dash though.

Cool. I did similar, but with Focal components with the mids in the front doors and the tweeters in the dash locations. I used an MB Quart 1100 watt amp. Focal co-ax's in the back door for fill, and an infinity 12 sub. I still need a new box for it, because I used the box I had from my '13 and it doesn't fit right.

 

I kept the Bose sub powered by the Bose amp for mid bass.

I had Custom Sounds do most of mine. I started and let them finish. Had enough of it. What about you? Austin?

I live in North Austin, and I would never use Custom Sounds. I think they have a terrible attitude.

I've got a pioneer 12 right now but it doesn't seem to sound as good as it did in my 07 f150 harley. I've also got focal mods and highs waiting to be installed. I initially wanted to see all the focal stuff thinking the bose would he good but I'm gonna lose the bose. So focal mods and highs with the 10tw3 or or 12. I really do like jl audio for subs

I just installed a single Sundown sd2 10 in my crew cab. I read good things about them and figured to give it a try and man does it sound good. I was very impressed. One sub is plenty for me but i bet 2 of them would blow the doors off.

Hey man..your in luck if your interested. Had this in my 08 crew cab. All JL Audio. 10w3 subs with 500/1 amp. The box was made for the truck. Put it in my 14 sierra to check fit and fits same as it did in my 08. Let me know if your interested

I have two of these under the rear seats with an Alpine MRP-M1000 amp in the middle. They are amazing. They can be found for less than the advertised MSRP price listed on Alpine's website. I believe I got mine from a local shop for $180, but I'm sure online you can get them cheaper. Just went through an authorized Alpine shop for the warranty.

Simple to install, doesn't take up much space, and out performs anything! If you decide to buy just one, you cannot run the 1000Watt amp....you would need to run the 500Watt version that they offer. Alpine is quality!
