Upgrading Mylink

Ok so here is the deal I paid for a temporary subscription to tis2web to try to find the latest mylink update . The cost was $55, I know this is whAt the dealerships use. My question is where do you find the updates, also how do you get them to download to my usb? I can find where it's lists updates but no way to downloD anything .

 

Also if I put in the vin of 2015 will the update install the text msg icon or is that the HMI programing? Also how much does the tech 2 tool run?

I hope the Update makes it louder cause my RCSB mylink radio sucks for sound quality!

Tech 2 will not work on a 14 silverado/sierra. You need an "MDI" or equivalent. $1000 and up.
