I've got one too. Not as dramatic but this guy came from a road with 80km/h speed limit...

"Good" thing is that the tire didn't get much momentum.

I was south of Charlotte NC when a wheel came off a van jumped the wall and hit a group of motorcycles. A few years ago going through MPHS TN some punks rolled a truck tire down a hill onto the interstate. Lucky the traffic was timed just right not to hit it and rolled across behind my truck into the median
