DIY: How to Remove/Install 2014+ Silverado Door Panels

So I just finished up an audio upgrade (DIY is in the modifications section) and that included removing and reinstalling door panels. I have been unable to get them back on so I took it to my dad who is a service write at Chevy. Well guess what, Chevy has come up with a new system and this needs to be explained before somebody breaks something. The mechanic did it right in front of me and although its a good system, nobody knows about it.

Old Panels use to be reinstalled by simply pushing the top seal close to the window, pushing down and then the door would snap in.

New chevy panels now need the window seal along with the clips holding it removed.

For now, I will post the video i made since im getting ready to go out and i will post a DIY, with pictures, within the coming days to be a bit more descriptive.

wow!!! I wish I saw this before I started! I struggled with this thinking you slide it back on like the other cars. No clue you had to pull the clips off. damn
