Vibrations in higher RMPs

Searching for the cause of vibration that is getting progressively worse. It first was noticed with hard acceleration and then when the motor was greater than 2000 RPMs. Today I noticed that when I put the truck in gear either reverse or drive, there is more of a vibration feel. Not really sure if this is because I am more focused on the feel and sound of the truck or if actually new. Also over the past month or so I have noticed that the trucks feels to be more sluggish or harder to get moving. No change in idle RPM or RPMs that I know are normal for certain speeds (I know my truck at 70 MPH is normally 2000 RPMs, still the same). Looking for any ideas on possible culprit. I have exhausted multiple searches on the internet and no closer to a cause.
