Idling and acceleration issues

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra V6

It was just recently parked for about 2 weeks at the airport while I was on a business trip. The weather had been cold and we did get a snow storm while I was away, but when i returned home on Monday 2/2 it started right up and ran great. Tuesday morning it again started right up and ran great. Drove 35 mins to work. When I went to leave to go home on Tuesday the truck started, I pulled out of my parking space and when i went to leave the parking lot the truck completely died.

I turned the truck off, started it up the gauges went all the way to the right then the truck died again. Let the truck sit for about 5 mins. Started it up and it would now stay running but would idle very rough. When i would give it gas the RPMs would go down and the truck would die. Or it would rev but not how it should.

I shut it down and had it towed to a local dealer. This morning when they pulled it into the shop they could not get the problem to replicate and the engine wasn't throwing any codes.

Anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

Even with engine warm in the morning, when I accelerate and reach 2nd gear the hole truck jers like it's struggling to reach that gear. Smoother shift after 2nd. Started doing it 2 months ago. Have had truck Since 2013. Gear shifting is shotty.

Possibly water condensation in the fuel tank from sitting so long; but I doubt it with the symptoms you are saying you're having.
