GM called my dealer and they said it will start getting built on April 6th I won't hold my breath. when do you expect yours build date

I called GM today, scheduled on the week of April 13th. If all goes well, should be a week behind you.

Hay did your dealer give you a price on your truck cuz mine could not because of the max trailer package .on the build sheet it said well be advised but I built one one on chevy wed sight and it did

Yeah, it gave me a price online when I did my build. Then when I went to the dealer to process the order, it gave me an MSRP of $55,455.00. Said with all the discounts, should be around $48,455 +/- a few hundred.

The order for my Chev 1500 was placed on March 5th. It's approved for the build but still haven't gotten a date as to when yet so I can relate to the waiting game

Congrats! Hopefully there are now delays.

I spoke with the GMC dealer the other day, he said it normally takes 2 weeks after the build, maybe by th end of April I should be able take delivery.

I emailed the dealer, checking status; which they responded with "pending production". Well, I decided to call GMC myself... At first they put me on hold to check the status. The lady asked for my email to send updated information or if any issues that may come up. So, I was thinking, great there's going to be delay on the build and they rather email vs talking on the phone... Well, she informed me to call back next week and that the truck is scheduled to start build for next week. She asked if I had something to write with. Which she gave me the reference number so when I call back next week. Then she asks, ok sir would you like the VIN???

Uhhh, YEAH!

That's great... I was hoping to get mine in April, but might be the first part of May. Still haven't figured out where its being built. I tried looking the at the vin decoder, confusing as hell. Lol
