website to check gmrebates

This may sound bad, but I don't trust my dealer to tell me all the rebates I'm eligible for. Is there any website that i can look up or has a list. I'm not talking the cash offers you can get from chevrolet.com, but things like loyalty rebate or trade assistance etc.

I think truecar.com and edmunds.com list them.

If I didn't trust my dealer, I'd get another dealer.

Run away.

I default to not trusting any dealer be it powersports or vehicle. So far only two have given me a reason to trust, while many others have confirmed why I didn't trust them to begin with. Even the dealers that I trust, its the salesman that I actually trust, not the dealer itself. Unfortunately of the two salesman I trust, neither work for a dealership that sold Chevy trucks.

I went to a dealer I knew was shady just to see the new '14s back in '13. It is the closest to my home so it was convenient. I saw a truck I liked and made an offer. They declined, I left and within 15 minutes the sales guy called me and said he'd "forgotten" to include a thousand dollar rebate. I bought a truck the next day from a more reputable dealer. I wonder if the salesman would have pocketed my $1000. rebate had I been chump enough to buy from them.

To add back to this, thanks for the advice on trucar. They had the most complete list of rebates, including a $1000 loyalty rebate that wasn't even listed on GM's site or edmunds.

No prob. I used them for pricing when shopping, but the dealer price was better than the true car price.

Nope, not at all. Congrats!

Can anyone explain(or point me somewhere) how the $1000 loyalty rebate works and who qualifies?

I have a gmc truck I'd be trading in on a new one. Good enough?

I believe you have to show your vehicle registration to prove ownership. From the rebate on trucar:

Loyalty program available to customers who currently own or lease a 1999 or newer Chevrolet Passenger Car or Light Duty Truck. Customers are not required to terminate their current lease or trade in their vehicle. Offer is transferable to individuals residing in the same household.

This incentive may not be combined with the following incentives: 2015 Buick and GMC Lease Loyalty Program, 2015 Cadillac Conquest Cash, 2015 Cadillac Lease Loyalty Program, 2015 GM American Farm Bureau Offer, 2015 GM Competitive Lessee Conquest Cash, 2015 GM Lease Loyalty Program, 2015 United Services Automobile Association (USAA) Allowance

See dealer for details. (Expires 4/30/2015)

I bought my sierra denali last month and it took almost 4 months to get here so every month I watched the rebates. What I did was just go to laura gmc website and see what their ad says for rebates at the time. Some rebates are different depending on the area but it at least gives you an idea.

I also just showed a copy of my registration for my CTS V to get the loyalty

I got 3250 off in march

I'm convinced that the problem with GM's incentive program is its complexity and the frequency with which rebates come and go. It is (but shouldn't be) hard for dealer sales staffs to keep up. While I wouldn't worry about a dealer "hiding" a rebate, there should be a legitimate concern that a buyer might not get all to which s/he is entitled. Staff at a good store will/should quiz buyers to determine maximum incentive eligibility.

Want the supplier price? Join a credit union.

Want another $500 discount? Become a Farm Bureau member.

I qualified for the following when I bought on February 28:

$1500 - GM consumer cash

$1750 - GM "old stock" rebate

$1000 - "Custom Sport" option rebate

$2000 - GM trade assistance

$1500 - Chevy "private offer" (internet coupon from their website)

$4015 - GM card topped-off earnings

$500 - Farm Bureau discount

Obviously, getting more than $12,000 in rebates was a once in a lifetime thing, but combined with the dealer discount of over $7500, it meant almost 20 grand off MSRP.
