I'd install a spark plug defouler in the affected cat's sensor bung, then install the sensor in that (if you live in a state that tests). All fixed for less than $10. Pulls the sensor out of the stream, and tricks it into thinking the cat is there, or working.

If the cat is plugged, hollow it out. If you own a welder, that part is free, except for your own labor. :)

I'm curious as to why the thing is failing on such a new vehicle to begin with ....

That's an idea, and I like ingenuity, But in PA for inspection we go on the treadmill with a cute sensor up the exhaust, might work for awhile but once levels go over the specs for your vehicle you fail :(

That's a good idea man.

I found some sensors(walker products) online at a really good price I think I'm just going to replace them n hopefully that solves the problem.

And I was wondering if its because of my aftermarket intake that I put in about 3 years ago probably that's why my oxygen sensor went bad.

Hey guys I'm just waiting for the parts I should get them all today and as soon as I get them I will start working on my truck, I will do a complete tune up. Spark plugs, spark plugs cables, air filter, oil change, oxygen sensors I'll also clean the throttle and will also remove my k&n intake and put back the original intake. I will update on how the truck works after this tune up. Thanks again for all your advice if everything goes well I will save a lot of money by doing it myself.

Hey guys, just updating on the job I did to my truck. I did a complete tube up, oil, air filter, spark plugs, spark plugs wires and I also replace the 02 Oxygen sensors actually replace all 4 of them when I was done I reset the check engine light it did went off, but unfortunately after driving it for about an hour the engine light turn on. I scanned again and its the same code P0430. Do you guys think I should replace the catalytic converter at this time? Or what should try before doing that?

Find a friend that welds well, and have them take your cats off and hollow them out. Then re-weld them back on. You'll increase your power and really won't affect your emissions enough for anyone to notice. They will look to see if they are there, and then test your truck for the emission output. You should have no problems as long as your truck maintenance is taken care of;)
