p0441

I recently changed the spider injectors to the mpfi injectors on my 1996 k1500. and it works great! however ever since I put it back together I keep getting a p0441 code. I have checked all the hoses from the canister to the motor and made sure they were all correct. On my scan gauge 2 it can tell me what pressure is going through it and it used to be that it wouldnt read anything most of the time but now it always reads something while the truck is running. could the purge valve be stuck open?? Is there anything else I should look at?? the truck runs fine and has no drivability issues just that code that keeps coming up.

 

I have also checked My gas cap and tugged on the wires to see if they pulled apart

well i feel pretty stupid... it took me about a week to figure out that I had the vaccuum lines wrong. I even checked them several times haha. I thought I had pulled a hose apart because of the vent hose so I spliced them together haha woops. I fixed it now though so all should be good long as the light doesnt turn on. thanks anyways guys!
